Getting started
Send photos of the space and rough dimensions through the enquiry flow. The team will review the brief and arrange a site visit where required.
For anything built into the room — kitchens, wardrobes, staircases, full interiors — yes. Walls are never as square as anyone thinks, and a quotation based on someone else’s measurements is a quotation that changes later.
The initial conversation is free. Site visits and full design work are quoted separately depending on scope.
Yes. We regularly manufacture and install to drawings prepared by other practices.
Scope and timing
A single room is typically six to twelve weeks from approved drawing to handover. A full interior depends on scope and on how ready the building is. We give you a programme with the quotation, not after it.
Yes — across Nigeria, and for clients living abroad who are furnishing a property here. Travel and logistics are set out in the quotation.
Yes, and we often do. Work is phased and areas are sheeted and cleaned daily.
Then visit the showroom or order from the collection. There is no obligation to take a design service.
Cost and payment
80% to begin and 20% on completion for bespoke work. Larger interiors are staged against milestones you approve individually.
It depends entirely on scope and finish. Sofa sets in the showroom start around ₦2.25m; built-in work is priced per project after measurement.
Product purchases follow checkout. Interior projects are billed by agreed project milestones, not consumer credit or pay-later offers.
Making and materials
Yes. Joinery, upholstery and case goods are built in our own workshop in Mabushi, Abuja, and installed by the same team.
High-gloss and matt lacquers, fluted and slatted panelling, marble-effect surfaces, brushed gold and brass profiles, veneers, glass and integrated LED channel.
Boards, foams, adhesives and finishes are selected on chemical safety as well as durability. It is the part of a fit-out nobody sees and everybody breathes.
After handover
We snag it. A documented list is agreed at handover and worked through before the project is closed.
Yes. Care guidance at handover, and a team that still answers the phone in year three. Restoration and re-upholstery are available through Sofa Spa.
Yes. Sofa Spa takes furniture from any maker.
