Hotels, offices & institutions
Spaces built for first impressions.
Lobbies, suites, boardrooms and reception halls — designed, manufactured and installed by one team, to programme.
A guest decides how they feel about your building in the first ten seconds, and they decide it in the lobby. Commercial interiors are judged the same way homes are — they just have to survive a thousand more people doing it.
Sectors
Four kinds of building, one standard.

The ten seconds before anyone speaks

Built for traffic, still built beautifully
Institutional
Why us for commercial
One contract. One team. One programme.
Commercial fit-outs go wrong in the handovers — designer to supplier, supplier to fabricator, fabricator to installer. Every handover is a delay and a cost variation.
We hold all of it. The drawings, the workshop in Mabushi, the installers on your site. That means a fixed scope, a schedule that survives contact with reality, and one person to call when it doesn’t.
Materials are specified for commercial traffic: contract-grade upholstery, hard-wearing lacquers and finishes chosen for indoor air quality in rooms full of people all day.
Typical scope
Lobby, suites, F&B, boardrooms, joinery
Programme
Phased to your opening date
Procurement
Handled end to end

Abuja and nationwide
How a fit-out runs
Phased around your opening date.
Not around ours. Sequencing is planned backwards from the day you need the doors open.
- 01 · Brief & survey — we walk the building, take dimensions and understand the programme.
- 02 · Concept & specification — layouts, materials and lighting, signed off as a package.
- 03 · Costing & programme — fixed scope, fixed cost, phased schedule tied to your opening date.
- 04 · Manufacture — joinery and contract furniture built in our Mabushi workshop.
- 05 · Install & snag — phased installation around trades already on site.
- 06 · Handover & support — care schedules, spare stock, and a team that answers in year three.
We design. We build. You enjoy.
